About this event

The Central Gulf Coast Chapter of NIGP is pleased to announce the City of Pensacola has graciously agreed to host the 17th Annual Reverse Tradeshow in 2025.  This year we promise to enhance the experience with more vendor space in the ballroom for the How to Do Business workshop and a fully catered event. 

Don't miss your opportunity to be front and center with Procurement Professionals from a variety of agencies ranging from municipalities, utilities, counties, higher education, and k-12, for this special event located in the NW Florida Panhandle - Panama City to Pensacola. If you sell to government agencies currently, or want to learn how to, this is a MUST attend event!

Day 1- May 7th, 2025 5:30pm-7:30pm - Meet and Greet- Location Seville Quarter- Apple Annie Room- Cost included in registration. Light appetizers included. Pick up your badge for the Tradeshow at this event.
Day 2- May 8th, 2025 9am-1:00pm - Reverse Tradeshow & Luncheon-  Sanders Beach Community Center 913 S. I Street, Pensacola, FL 32502.

Optional Add On: 

Day 1 May 7th, 2025 10am-4pm Vendor How to Do Business Class- Cost not included in registration $50 per person, includes lunch.

What to expect: 

Each agency will have a designated procurement professional (or multiple professionals in some cases) stationed at their table. This unique setup places you directly in front of the Purchasing department representatives from various government agencies, offering you valuable insights into how to engage in business with their organizations and understand better what opportunities are available for you to bid on.
